Q. How do I place an order? 
A. You can either call us or fill out the provided contact form, and someone will respond to your submission shortly. 

Q. Do you sell containers?
A. Yes. We sell shipping containers and we lease them, too.

Q. Do you deliver?
A. Yes. We deliver right to your jobsite or wherever it’s needed. 

Q. How long does it take before my shipping container is delivered?
A. We usually deliver the shipping container within 1-3 business days after the order.

Q. How much space is needed on-site for a shipping container delivery?
A. There needs to be enough space for our tilt bed truck to drive over the space
you'd like your container set. Call 806-622-2248 if you have more questions on space.

Q. What do I need to do to my site to accommodate a shipping container?
A. The site mostly needs to provide sufficient drainage and to be level, otherwise the doors can be difficult to open and close.

Q. How much notice do you need to pick up my container?
A. Typically, we can pick up a container the same day, but we appreciate as much notice as possible. On occasion, our drivers are busy enough it may take a little longer, in which case we will contact you to make arrangements.

Q. Do I need a permit to put a shipping container on my site?
A. Regulations change from place to place. If you are looking to set up in the panhandle, give us a call at 806-622-2248 and we will be able to tell you what you can expect.

Q. What sizes do you offer?
A. You can refer to our Shipping Containers page for sizes.

Q. What is a One-Trip Container?
A. A One-Trip Container is a container that has been used once to ship a freight from overseas to the United States. They meet all standards for cargo containers and are, for all intents and purposes, like new.

Q. Are there any regulations against having a container at a certain property?
A. It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure a container is allowed on the desired site by checking with the local municipality. It’s important to make sure there is sufficient drainage. 

Q. Do I need to do anything before the container is delivered?
A. Because the container is placed on ground level, it’s important to set down wood blocks under the container if the ground is not level. 

Q. Can you move my container?
A. Yes. Call us to request the move. 

Q. How much notice should be given to have my container picked up?
A. As much notice as possible is best.
